This Privacy Policy explains how the PlanD app, developed by Excepticon Inc., collects, uses, and protects your information.
By using PlanD, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you enter manually

Tasks
Lists
Habits
User preferences (language, premium status, widget settings)

All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
No information is sent to our servers.

1.2 Third-party services

PlanD uses:

Google AdMob to display advertisements
Apple StoreKit to manage premium subscriptions

Google and Apple may collect anonymized data required to operate these services.
PlanD does not access any personal identifiers or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used only to:

operate the application
save your tasks, lists, and habits
personalize your experience
manage access to the Premium plan
display advertisements in the free version

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to anyone.

3. Advertising (AdMob)

PlanD includes advertising through Google AdMob.

Ads may use non-personal identifiers to measure performance.

4. Premium Subscriptions

PlanD offers two subscription options:

Monthly
Yearly

All subscriptions are managed exclusively through Apple StoreKit.
We do not have access to your payment information.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use:
Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, security depends on:

your device
your passcode
your Apple ID
your iCloud backup settings

No user data is transmitted to Excepticon Inc.

6. Your Rights

You may:

delete your data at any time
reset the app
uninstall the app
modify your lists, tasks, and habits freely
