These terms govern your use of the PlanD application, owned by Excepticon Inc.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these conditions.

1. Use of the Application

PlanD allows users to:

• create tasks
• organize lists
• track habits
• access premium features
• view advertisements in the free version

You agree to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the app (code, interface, design, visuals) is owned by Excepticon Inc.
You may not:

• copy
• modify
• redistribute
• reverse-engineer the application

3. Premium Subscriptions

PlanD offers:

• a monthly subscription
• a yearly subscription

All payments and renewals are managed exclusively through Apple StoreKit.

Important:

• Charges occur through your Apple account
• Renewals are automatic
• Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID
• Excepticon Inc. does not handle refunds directly

4. Limitation of Liability

Excepticon Inc. is not responsible for:

• local data loss
• misuse of the app
• issues originating from Apple StoreKit
• errors related to Google AdMob
• indirect damages caused by using the app

All data is stored locally; device backups are your responsibility.

5. Advertising

The free version of PlanD may display ads through Google AdMob.
Advertising revenues help support the app’s development.

6. Termination

You may delete your data and uninstall the application at any time.
Subscription cancellation must be done through Apple.
